Ultracab (India) Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 7, 2026, confirming that Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable to the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received, according to a confirmation from Registrar Bigshare Services Private Limited.
