Infra Engineering Limited informed the BSE that it has submitted specifications related to International Securities Identification Numbers (ISINs) for debt securities issued through a private placement basis for the half year ended September 30, 2026, including INE926X08015 with an issuance date of August 29, 2025, a maturity date of August 29, 2028, a coupon rate of 8.55% per annum, and an amount of Rs 400 crore outstanding.
