Sanathan Textiles Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, received from KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming no requests for dematerialization or rematerialization of shares were received during the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories & Participants) Regulations 2018.
