Avonmore Capital & Management Services Ltd. informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. that it has received a confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer agent, Beetal Financial and Computer Services Pvt. Ltd., as per Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
