Hemant Surgical Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. confirmed that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable to the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no requests for rematerialization were received.
