KCL Infra Projects Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the acceptance and rejection of securities for dematerialization and subsequent listing on stock exchanges, as well as mutilation and cancellation of certificates by Adroit Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd.
