JMD Ventures Limited informed the BSE Limited that the company did not issue any Non-Convertible securities and therefore, payment of interest or principal on NCDs/Bonds was not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming non-applicability of Regulation 57(5) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
