NCL Industries reports certificate cancellation of physical shares via Venture Capital

NCL Industries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has received a certificate from Venture Capital and Corporate Investments Private Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent, under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, regarding the cancellation of physical share certificates after dematerialization.
