FDC Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd., issued a certificate regarding the details of securities dematerialized/rematerialized for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
