Krishna Institute to acquire 51% stake in Sarvottam Health Care for up to Rs 80 crore

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited announced that its board approved the acquisition of up to 51% equity stake in Sarvottam Health Care Private Limited (Kakinada) for an investment of up to Rs 80.00 crore, with the acquisition expected to be completed on or before October 31, 2026. Sarvottam Health Care Private Limited, operating as Trust Multi Speciality Hospital in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, commenced operations in 2010 and currently has a capacity of 183 beds, with a turnover of Rs 84.83 crore in fiscal year 2026.
