KIMS to acquire up to 51% stake in Insignia Healthcare for Rs 30.35 per share

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited announced that its board approved the acquisition of up to 51% equity stake in Insignia Healthcare Private Limited (KIMS-SIKHARA), an operations and management entity, for a cash consideration of Rs 30.35 per equity share. The acquisition, which is expected to be completed within 12 to 24 months, will be executed as a strategic investment and does not fall under related party transactions. Insignia Healthcare Private Limited, incorporated in 2018 and based in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, reported a turnover of Rs 104.5 crore in fiscal year 2025.
