Repro Books Limited acquired 100% of Repro LLC, completing formalities in Sharjah

Repro Books Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Repro India Limited, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the equity shares of Repro LLC on October 6, 2026, following a Share Transfer Agreement announced on August 18, 2026. The acquisition, which involved completion of share transfer and registration formalities with SHAMS (Sharjah Media City), UAE, makes Repro LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of Repro Books Limited and a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Repro India Limited.
