Nestlé India reported receipt of a certificate from Alankit Assignments regarding share dematerialisation

Nestlé India Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that Alankit Assignments Limited, the company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent, issued a certificate for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in reference to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, pertaining to physical share certificates received for dematerialisation of securities.
