Repro India confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ended September 30, 2026

Repro India Limited informed the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that it is enclosing a certificate dated October 6, 2026, received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, noting that no requests were received from shareholders during that period.
