Muthoot Microfin and KFin Technologies reported no share dematerialization requests

Muthoot Microfin Limited, in a regulatory filing on October 6, 2026, confirmed that it and its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, KFin Technologies Limited, did not receive any requests for dematerialization or rematerialization of shares during the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
