Chemtech Industrial Valves confirms compliance with SEBI regulations regarding dematerialized shares

Chemtech Industrial Valves Limited informed the BSE Limited that it received a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, from Bigshare Services Private Limited, confirming that the regulation is not applicable to the company as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
