Athena Constructions Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved the notice for the 15th Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday, October 30, 2026, and approved the Board of Directors report for the year ended March 31, 2026, with the company’s register of members and share transfer books to remain closed from October 23, 2026, to October 29, 2026, and appointed Ms. Neetu Maheshwari, a practicing company secretary, as Scrutinizer for the meeting.
