Laurus Labs Limited has invested Rs 12,09,60,500 and acquired 1,20,96,050 equity shares of Kurnool Renewables Private Limited through a rights issue, increasing its total holding to 2,11,68,000 shares, representing a 26% stake, according to a regulatory filing on October 6, 2026.
