Clinitech Laboratory confirms full share dematerialization, triggering no rematerialization requests

Clinitech Laboratory Limited informed the BSE Limited that the regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable to the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no requests for rematerialisation were received, according to a certificate from Registrar and Transfer Agent Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd.
