DOMS Industries confirms no dematerialization requests received in latest quarterly filing

DOMS Industries Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 6, 2026, received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming no requests for dematerialized or rematerialized shares were received for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
