Axis Bank Limited’s stock option exercise boosts paid-up share capital by Rs 267,608

Axis Bank Limited announced on October 6, 2026, that it has allotted 83,304 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to the exercise of stock options/units under its Employee Stock Option/Restricted Stock Unit Scheme, increasing the bank's paid-up share capital from Rs 6,227,379,480 to Rs 6,227,546,088.
