Wipro awarded stock units to subsidiary employees under its 2024 scheme

Wipro Limited announced on October 6, 2026, that it has granted 83,66,523 ADS Restricted Stock Units and 1,65,369 Restricted Stock Units under its Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024 to employees of a subsidiary company, with the grant effective from October 6, 2026.
