Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited announced today, October 6, 2026, the allotment of 4,574 equity shares of Rs 10 each to option grantees who exercised options under the ESFB Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2019, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 11,44,12,69,170 to Rs 11,44,13,14,910.
