Lake Shore Realty Limited, formerly known as Mahaan Foods Limited, has received approval from the Regional Director, Northern Region-I (RD Delhi), to shift its registered office from New Delhi to Mumbai, Maharashtra, according to a filing with the BSE Limited on October 6, 2026. The order, number Sec 13(4)/ROC Delhi II/AC4732589/RD Delhi/2026, was issued following an application filed by the company on July 21, 2026, citing the need to streamline operations and improve administrative efficiency due to the company’s primary business activities and management functions being carried out from Mumbai.
