Graphite India certified compliance with SEBI regulations via MUFG Intime India Private Limited

Graphite India Limited, in a filing with Central Depository Services (India) Limited and National Securities Depository Limited on October 6, 2026, certified compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming that securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been mutilated and cancelled, with the depository’s name substituted in its records; this confirmation was received from its registrar, MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited).
