Fabtech Technologies confirms full share holdings in demat form per SEBI regulations

Fabtech Technologies Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it received a certificate from Bigshare Services Private Limited, the Registrar and Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable to the company as all shares are held in demat form.
