Brijlaxmi Leasing and Finance Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 6, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming the acceptance or rejection of securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, and that the securities have been listed on stock exchanges. The certificate was provided by Adroit Corporate Services Private Limited, the company’s registrar and share transfer agent.
