AWL Agri Business Ltd., formerly known as Adani Wilmar Ltd., submitted a confirmation certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
