Vision Corporation Limited submitted a compliance certificate under Regulation 74(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, to the Manager, Listing Department, BSE Limited, on October 6, 2026. Adroit Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. confirmed the receipt and processing of securities for dematerialization during the same period, stating that the certificates were mutilated and cancelled after verification and the names of the depositories were substituted in the register of members.
