LIC India submitted dematerialization certificates to stock exchanges for the quarter ending September 30, 2026

Life Insurance Corporation of India informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that it is enclosing certificates received from KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent, pertaining to dematerialized and rematerialized securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
