Borosil Scientific Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that all securities of the company are in dematerialized form and no Demat/Ramat requests were received from any depositories between July 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018; the certificate was provided by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited.
