Kapil Raj Finance Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Securities Depository Limited that details of securities dematerialized and rematerialized during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been received from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd., as required under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
