Orient Electric confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ended September 30, 2026

Orient Electric Limited, a CKA Birla Group Company, submitted a compliance certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on October 6, 2026, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The certificate was received from Kfin Technologies Limited, the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent of Orient Electric Limited, and details of dematerialized/rematerialized securities have been furnished to all listed stock exchanges.
