Resourceful Automobile Limited revises EGM notice regarding warrant issuance to Promoter Category

Resourceful Automobile Limited issued a corrigendum to the notice of its Extra Ordinary General Meeting, initially dispatched on September 16, 2026, to amend Item No. 1, sub-points 5 and 18, pertaining to the proposed issuance and allotment of up to 300,000 convertible equity warrants at a price of Rs 51 per warrant, including premium, aggregating to Rs 15.3 million to the Promoter Category, and to include a valuation report from Mr. Bhavin R Patel and a certificate from Ms. Mayuri Sinha, both available on the company's website and the website of the BSE Limited.
