Waaree Energies reports no demat requests received during the quarter ended September 30, 2026

Waaree Energies Ltd. confirmed that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all of its shares are held in demat form and MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, did not receive any remat requests during that period.
