SS Retail Limited, formerly known as SS Retail Private Limited and SS Corporation & Services Private Limited, will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, to approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and trading window for designated and connected persons will remain closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
