Resourceful Automobile Limited issued a corrigendum to a notice dated September 16, 2026, regarding an upcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting scheduled for October 8, 2026, to amend details related to the proposed issue and allotment of up to 3,00,000 convertible equity warrants at a price of Rs 51 per warrant, including premium, aggregating to Rs 1,53,00,000 to the Promoter Category, and to disclose a valuation report dated September 8, 2026, from Independent Registered Valuer Mr. Bhavin R Patel, and a certificate from Practicing Company Secretary Ms. Mayuri Sinha, both available on the company and BSE Limited websites.
