Quick Heal Technologies Limited, pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming that no securities were received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
