Markolines confirms all shares are dematerialized, impacting SEBI regulations through Bigshare Services

Markolines Pavement Technologies Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that Bigshare Services Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent, has confirmed the non-applicability of Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in dematerialized form.
