Zaggle Prepaid forms subsidiary, Zaggle Holding Limited, in Abu Dhabi Global Market

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Zaggle Holding Limited, in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), with an initial capital of USD 10,000 (or its Indian rupee equivalent) to be infused in tranches.
