SKF India confirms securities details submission to Indian stock exchanges

SKF India Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it received a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming the furnishing of dematerialized/rematerialized securities details for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
