Viyash Scientific Limited, formerly known as Sequent Scientific Limited, informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has issued a certificate regarding the dematerialization and rematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
