Swastika Investmart Ltd (BSE Scrip Code 530585; ISIN No. INE691C01022) has submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited, confirming that Ankit Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent, received no demat and remat requests from depository participants during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depository and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
