Arkade Developers confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ending September 2026

Arkade Developers Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that Bigshare Services Private Limited, the company's registrar and share transfer agent, confirmed that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received.
