Pitti Engineering confirms share dematerialization processing with MUFG Intime India

Pitti Engineering Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, certificates of equity shares received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification, with MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming the acceptance or rejection of securities to the depositories.
