Kingfa Science & Technology (India) Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of securities and their subsequent cancellation and substitution of the depository as the registered owner, as verified by Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited.
