PSP Projects Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent, has confirmed dematerialization and rematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
