LEAP India Limited invested Rs 9.64 crore in its UAE-based subsidiary, LEAP MENA Holdings

LEAP India Limited disclosed an investment of approximately Rs 9.64 crore, equivalent to $1,000,000, in its wholly owned subsidiary, LEAP MENA Holdings Limited, incorporated in the UAE on July 1, 2026, to further infuse equity capital or debt into its subsidiary, LEAP Pallet Pooling Trading LLC, for investment into assets and working capital. The transaction, considered a related party transaction, was undertaken on an arm’s-length basis and will result in LEAP India Limited continuing to hold 100% of LEAP MENA’s equity share capital.
