Mitshi India Limited, formerly known as Dera Paints & Chemical Limited, submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depository and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the acceptance and processing of securities for dematerialization by its Registrar and Transfer Agent, Adroit Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd.
