Navneet Education Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. that it has furnished details of securities dematerialized during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as required under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and included a confirmation certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
